Lindsay Y. Goodman, Esq. has dedicated her professional life to representing her clients as a trial lawyer. Lindsay began her legal career as an associate at Horton Law Firm, LLC in 2011 and the became partner at Horton & Goodman, LLC in 2015. As a student in law school, Lindsay had the privilege of serving as an extern for the Honorable Francis P. Segars-Andrews, 9th Circuit Family Court Judge, working at various Charleston based firms specializing in personal injury and family lawyer.

From the beginning of her law career, she knew she wanted to represent individuals in family law disputes and personal injury litigation. 

Lindsay has considerable experience in our local courtrooms and is a seasoned and respected litigator. Outside of the courtroom, Lindsay has extensive experience negotiating against major insurance companies and the State of South Carolina on behalf of her personal injury clients.

As a seasoned courtroom attorney, Lindsay has tried cases and obtained favorable verdicts for her clients. She is well known in the legal community as an energetic and capable advocate. Active in our local community, she currently serves as an officer in the Beaufort County Bar Association and involved in local charities.

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston. She lives in Bluffton with her husband and two children. Bluffton is truly a special place, treasured by her and her family. She is proud to be a youth sports sponsor and enthusiast.

Outside of the office, you will find her coaching, volunteering at school, a spectator for her children’s activities and enjoying the May river with her family. She has successfully established Goodman Law LLC as the best Attorney firm in Bluffton.
